Tools -> Options -> Content Blocking

Able Search allows quick blocking of dangerous and undesirable elements in web pages.

Internet content blocking

Check Enable fast content blocking to protect against dangerous web pages. In Internet Explorer you can easily enable or disable this option by clicking web page Page Tools -> Content Blocking.

On the Block list there are addresses which will not be received by Internet Explorer. E.g.
http://www.abc.xyz/*  blocks all elements on the page when their address starts from http://www.abc.xyz/
*popup* will block all addresses containing the text popup

Allow list contains addresses that will never be blocked, even if they match a pattern from the Block list.

You can set change elements on lists, add add and delete remove filter patterns.

Many lists of dangerous addresses exist in the Internet. You can easily import them by clicking on  open Open button.

Add Items from Normal List - add to the selected list (Block or Allow) elements from a file. This should be a text file containing one line for each pattern, for example:
http://www.abc.xyz/*
http://www.123.xyz/path/*
*popup*
*popunder*

Remove Items Found in Normal File - this function removes from the selected list all items found in a file.

You can also save save your list and for example send to a friend.
To find items downloaded and blocked on a page, click in Internet Explorer web page Page tools -> Files in Page, or image downloaded elements or blocked elements located in the browser’s status bar.
