Some Flash animations are not compatible with the standards and resemble other files. They cannot be identified because another kind of content could be blocked - e.g. a video.
When the server is not working fast enough, some items may not be blocked to avoid slowing down page loading. However, there are extremely rare cases.
To find items downloaded and blocked on a page, click in Internet Explorer Page Tools -> Files in Page or icon
