 Get HTML Element Information - Thanks to Able Search you can easily obtain accurate information about any item appearing on a Web: a fragment of text, an image, a flash animation, objects, etc.

So you can e.g. save a picture or a flash animation to disk. More advanced people, familiar with HTML, JavaScript, etc., can view the construction of a page or use the information to edit pages.

To get information about an HTML element, click  or select a command from the menu  Page Tools. Then click the interesting place on a page loaded in Internet Explorer.

You will see detailed information about:

- position of the selected element in the HTML DOM tree,

- name of the HTML tag that describes the element,

- Internet address of a file for e.g. an image, Flash animation, Java applet, CSS sheet. You can check viruses with button or open this address in the browser.

- location of the file on the disk, when it is stored in the Internet Explorer cache. You can check it  with a virus scanner, open a folder on the disk that contains this file  or open this file in a default program (e.g. image viewer),

- HTML source with colored and highlighted syntax,

- text visible on the page (if any exists for the selected element).
