Then click the Filter button. The list will only show elements with address contains the word wiki, for example:

The filters can use mask characters * (any string of characters) and ? (one character). For example if you select the File name and type below *. zip, then you click Filter, and on the list will remain all files ending with .zip, for example:
abc.zip
setup_7a.zip
Masks can be separated by a semicolon. For example filter:
*.zip;*.exe
will show only files ending with .zip or .exe:
abc.zip
setup.exe
123.exe
ok.zip
To show all items on the selected list, click Remove filter button.
