This FREE useful software can remind you about important events, so you will not forget them anymore. AbleTime also synchronizes your computer time with accurate atomic clocks available on the net. It is very important to know EXACTLY what time it is - you will not be late again because of your clock. AbleTime can shutdown your computer at a specific time - you can leave e.g. file downloads and you do not have to worry and remember to turn computer off.

Reminder

My events - this list may contain all your important things, you should remember about. Event contains a short description, Comments can be more detailed. When Date and Time comes AbleTime will remind you about your event - an information dialog will be shown. You can test it with Test button. Please make sure to check Start AbleTime with system in Options tab. AbleTime must be running to remind you about your events. To add a new item to the list enter Event, select date and time and click Add button. To change an item select it on the list, change parameters and click Set button. Delete removes selected events. Each event can be enabled and disabled by clicking corresponding checkbox on the list. You can also enable sounds in program Options.

Set Time

Usually computer timers do not work correctly so you can miss e.g. the end of an auction or a film on TV. Synchronize computer clock allows you to use VERY accurate atomic clocks available on the net. Select one of the Time servers from the list and click Synchronize button. You can also Compare your computer clock with accurate time. You will see Local time and Correct time. AbleTime can also automatically correct your clock - check Synchronize every N hours and make sure to check Start AbleTime with system in Options tab. AbleTime will select random enabled ( on the list) server and set proper time. Test All - this function allows you to test all enabled servers and disable these ones, that do not respond. You can also insert a new time server - write its address to the edit box below the list and click Add button. To change an server select it from the list, enter its address and click Set button. You can also Delete selected servers.

Shutdown PC

This function allows you to turn off computer automatically. Select the date and time and you can leave your computer alone. A warning will be shown one minute before shutdown, so when you work on the PC you will be able to cancel shutdown. Click Test to see what dialog will be displayed.

You can also set some program Options:

Play sound with each event and select a WAV or MP3 file from your disk.

Start AbleTime with system to automatically run this application with Windows.

You can also select an Language. To make a translation read the !readme.txt file in Languages folder (usually C:\Program Files\AbleTime\Languages).

AbleTime automatically checks for updates and informs you when a new version is available.
