Main menu - Tools - Options - HTTP

Maximal number of simultaneous connection with a server - usually you can set it to 2. If you have a fast Internet connection and the remote server is fast you can increase this value.

Identify as - all software connecting to a HTTP server should identify - give its name. Some servers may refuse connections to some software. Usually "Mozilla/X.0 (compatible)" is accepted by all servers.


Proxy server

Use proxy server - check this box if you are behind a proxy or firewall. It's good to use a caching proxy, because it usually increases download speed.

Server - address of your proxy.

Port - port of your proxy.

User, Password - specify username and password if the proxy requires authorisation.

NOTE: All options with new.bmp icon affects ONLY to new tasks. Tasks, that already are present (e.g. on the Running page), are not changed. To modify an existing task select it and click properties properties.bmp (Alt+Enter).
