Properties - Connections tab
Connections tab is available for downloads only.
Priority - low, normal, high - you can set the priority of downloaded file. AbleGet gives more CPU time and starts at first tasks with higher priority.
User, Password - if the server requires special username and password, please enter them here. Most "normal" http servers do not require passwords. AbleGet automatically handles ftp servers, that allow "anonymous" login - you do not need to enter it. Username and password is not used for alternate locations. If an alternate URL requires authentication, fill it here.
Port - fill this value if the server does not use standard port. In most cases you may leave this ield blank. It's not used for alternate locations. If an alternate URL requires a port, fill it here.
Download / upload only first X kB - this option can be useful when downloading / uploading MP3 files - you may download only the beginning of the song, listen to it and then you can uncheck this option and download the rest of the file..
