AbleBurn allows you to copy audio tracks from a CD to the hard disc. Files are saved in uncompressed (big) WAV format or can be compressed to MP3. Some used discs play well in a CD player but may be scratched or invisibly damaged. Copying such a disc can be difficult and requires advanced error correction (don't worry – use AbleBurn ;).

To copy an audio disc:

1. Select from main menu File – New and Copy audio CD.

2. If a disc contains CD-Text it is used as songs description. You can also click button to get CDDB description of this CD.

3. Check on the list in main window files that you wish to copy. If you wish to listen to them double-click on a song or press button.

4. Select Tools – Options – Audio to set output directory and other ripping options. In options dialog select also MP3 compression method.

5. From main menu select Disc – Start Copying or click button.
