Multisession - unreadable until fixation – you can create multisession audio disc, but MOST of CD players will be able to read it only when you fixate (close) this disc. To perform fixation:
Allow overburning - Overburning allows you to record about 13 - 19 megabytes more than official disc size but may cause recorder damage or read errors. All media have capacity bigger than their official size - e.g. 700 MB CD really contains about 725 MB - but this space is designed for session data (lead-out). USE OVERBURNING WITH CAUNTION! Test only - no writing – only recording simulation will be performed. No data will be placed on CD. Write speed – best value depends on your computer and recorder speed and media quality. Many discs claims that they support speed up to 52x but with bigger values write errors occur. We recommend you to use 16 – 20x recording speed. Performer - used only when CD-Text is written. On the fly – disc will be recorded immediately. Options – click this button to set other options. Save
log file – detailed
log will be saved on hard disk. Click
Command line – here you can modify cdrecord options. Execute through shell – cdrecord will be executed in separate DOS command window. Writing log file and turning off computer will be disabled. Shutdown computer on finish – select this option to turn off computer after recording. Warning will be displayed one minute before this action, so you can cancel it.
